Acceptance of terms

By using SpellTimes — whether as a teacher with an account or as a visitor looking up spellings — you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

The service

SpellTimes allows primary school teachers to create and manage weekly spelling lists for their class. Pupils and parents can look up those lists by school and year group, with no account required.

We also offer a companion mobile app (iOS and Android) available as an annual subscription.

Teacher accounts

To create spelling lists you must register with a valid school email address. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure
• All content you add to SpellTimes under your account
• Ensuring the spelling words you upload are appropriate for your pupils

Accounts are for individual teachers. Do not share your login with others.

Acceptable use

You must not use SpellTimes to upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or inappropriate for children. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate this policy.

The mobile app

The SpellTimes companion app is available for a subscription fee. Payments are handled through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Refunds are subject to the respective store's refund policy.

Availability

We aim to keep SpellTimes running reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

Limitation of liability

SpellTimes is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects when they were last revised. Continued use of SpellTimes after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
